- A booking is accepted only after full payment of the booking amount is made

- While we use our best endeavours to provide a booking as confirmed, reasonable changes in the booking may be made after notifying you.
- 100% refund if cancellation is received before 15 days of booking date.
- Cancellations received within 15 days prior to the booking is subject to a 100% cancellation fee. 
Under no circumstances can it be refunded/rescheduled. If you cannot make it, we would be happy to host your friends or family on your behalf. Request you not to negotiate on this.
- Pets are not allowed on the bed/carpets. In case of any furnishings or linen being soiled or damaged, it will be charged as per the original bill amount of the product. 
- Any items identified as damaged or missing during check out will be chargeable.
- Kindly do not pluck fruits without permission at the property. If found doing so, it will be charged. They are available for sale basis availability. 
- You may carry your own alcohol if required. Please take the half empty/ empty bottles back with you and do not leave them at the property.
- Kindly check with the caretaker on the timing of the meals upon check-in as they are fixed timings.
- Check in is at 1 PM and check out at 10 AM. Delay in check out beyond 45 minutes will be chargeable.
